This is a fun, easy, and very delicious breakfast or dessert.
Mix flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder. Stir in remaining ingredients. Beat with hand beater until smooth. Heat up pan to medium-high heat. Spray 8-inch skillet with non-stick cooking spray. Pour ½ cup batter into the skillet, immediately rotate skillet until a thin film covers the bottom. Cook until light brown on one side, then flip. When crepe is done, put on a large plate and fill with blueberries, strawberries, whipped cream, etc. Don't forget the cinnamon!
