Peel and slice potatoes, slice and ring onions. In lg. microwavable casserole melt butter (be sure to cover while doing this.) Toss potatoes and onions in the melted butter and sprinkle with season salt. Microwave on medium power for 20 minutes, stir and cook for another 20 or so minutes till potatoes are tender but not mushy.
