Ahead of camping, prepare the stuffing according to box instructions. Slice ea salmon filet in half, but not going all the way. Place ea piece of salmon filet in a piece of foil, open the cut portion and add a huge spoonful of stuffing, so that the salmon wraps around it. Top with 2 tabs of butter and a large pinch of salt. Close the foil.
Repeat for the other 3 salmon filets, then place all in the cooler for camping.
When camping, place the foil packets on the campfire grill and cook about 5-7 min on each side until the salmon is cooked thru.
