Comine soup, corn, green onions, chili powder and micro cook uncovered on high 4 minutes, stirring once.
Stir in chicken, sour cream and milk.
Split tortilla package and cook 1 minute on high to soften.
Spread 1 1/4 cups of chicken mixture in a 12 X 7 pan. Spread a scant 1/4 cup of chicken mixture and 1 tablespoon of cheese in each tortilla.
Cook uncovered 6 to 8 minutes. Top with remaining cheese.
Cook 2 minutes more. Garnish with green pepper and olives if desired. I don't usually add the olives or peppers
