Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, stir Bisquick and butter until mixed. Add boiling water;
stir vigorously until a soft dough forms. Press dough in bottom and up
sides of pie plate, forming an edge on the rim of the pie plate.
Sprinkle bacon, cheese and green onions over crust.
In a medium bowl, beat half-and-half, eggs, salt and cayenne pepper with a
wire whisk until well mixed. Pour into crust.
Bake uncovered 35-40 minutes or until edge is brown and a knife inserted in
center comes out clean. Arrange halved tomato slices in a pinwheel
pattern along the edge on top of the quiche, if desired.
