Suggest a better descriptionCut your bacon into ½ inch slices and lay down in an ovenproof dish or pan.
Cut your bell pepper into thin batons and add on top. Cut your tomatoes into halves and remove any hard parts around the stem, slice them thinly and add on top.
Add your seasoning and spices on top of the tomatoes and add your cheese, doesn't matter if it's grated, slices or crumbled.
Pour your cream in and around.
Bake in the oven at 180°C for 30-40 minutes, cover with tin foil if it starts getting too dark.
Serve with tagliatelle pasta.
4-5 servings.
