Suggest a better descriptionIn a small bowl, beat the egg white until frothy. Add the almonds and stir gently to coat completely. Drain any excess egg white from almonds, and set aside. In a medium bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Add the drained almonds, and coat completely. Prepare the grill for low to moderate heat. Place nuts in a single layer in a large foil pan. Place the pan in the center of the cooking grate. Grill for about 15 minutes, turning the nuts once halfway through the grilling time.
