Suggest a better description1 - Preheat oven to 350. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil or parchment paper
2 - In a small bowl, mix together the coconut sugar and maple syrup. Lay the bacon flat on the baking sheet. Use a pastry brush to brush the syrup mixture on top of the bacon. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until bacon is golden brown and crispy.
3 - Allow the bacon to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a serving plate to cool completely.
