Place yams in a 13 x 9 baking dish sprayed with Pam.
Slice butter over yams.
Generously sprinkle sugars and cinnamon over top of yams.
Cover and bake for about 45 minutes, or until soft.
Uncover.
Top with marshmallows and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until golden brown and soft.
