Combine milk, 1 egg, candy canes & white chocolate chips.
Fold into mixture, then transfer to a floured surface and knead gently until it forms a ball. Flatten into a 7" circle & cut into 6 wedges.
Place on a parchment lined baking sheet and brush tops with second egg.
Bake in preheated 375 oven until they rise and turn a light golden brown, about 10-15 minutes.
Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
