Use like fondant
1. Place chocolate in a medium microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high, stopping to stir every 20 seconds, until melted and smooth (do not overheat).
2. Add the corn syrup and food coloring and stir with a rubber spatula until well combined. Mixture will look grainy. Cover the candy clay tightly in plastic wrap and let stand for one hour to firm up.
3. When ready to use, lightly dust a clean surface with powdered sugar and need the clay until smooth.
