Suggest a better description1. Fry chopped garlic until lightly brown
2. Prepare the broth: Under high heat add water & chicken broth, bring to boil then add sugar, salt, tamarind soup base, shallot and ginger, and fish fillet. Bring it back to boil for 5 minutes then lower heat to medium.
3. Add in vegetables: tomatoes, pineapple chunks, okras, taro stems, & fish sauce. Bring it back to boil for another 5 minutes.
*Garnish with ngo om & bean sprouts & pepper to taste
