Mix the tomatoes and pickling salt together and leave overnight
Drain tomatoes well and add all of the ingredients EXCEPT the flour. Scoop about 1/2 to 3/4 c of liquid from the mix and reserve for use later. Boil ingredients together for 20 minutes. Add flour to reserved liquid, mix together, and pour into the hot mixture while stirring. Boil 10 minutes. Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
