Quesadillas are a very popular and practical dish. Quick to prepare from easily stored ingredients. Serve it with chipolte sour cream or guacamole to make this flavorful experience even better! Could easily adapt to canned chicken, beef or even sardines.
First, combine tuna, mayonnaise and salsa in a bowl and blend well. Spread the mixture over 2 tortillas, top with cheese and cover with the remaining tortillas. Grease lightly a skillet and add the quesadillas, one at a time and let it cook until is lightly browned. Carefully turn them and cook until the cheese is melted.
