Combine the ricotta, sugar, orange zest, liqueur or vanilla extract, and
chocolate chips in a medium bowl.
Just before servings, spoon the mixture into a piping bag fitted with a
large tip, and pipe the mixture into the shells. Dust with confectioners'
sugar. Dip ends in additional mini chocolate chips., if desired.
The filling will keep in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
