Suggest a better descriptionRemove stalk and seed of peppers, wash and slice. Using a large pan, heat up some olive oil until very hot, add the peppers, garlic, bay leaf and coriander and cooked for 5-8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Bring a large pan of water to the boil and cook the pasta for 3 minutes. Keep checking as this pasta cooks very quickly. Drain and add to the sauce with a little of the water and cheese.
