Mexican Bread Pudding
Heat oven to 350
melt butter and coat bread chunks and toast till golden.
Cool bread .
Combine , water , piloncillo, cinnamon, clove and bring to a boil.
Simmer 5-10 minutes till thickened.
Layer bread, raisins, nuts, cheese and syrup in a dish.
Top with cheese and syrup.
Place in oven and bake 20 min.
