1) Crush cereal and set aside, in another bowl beat eggs and add milk. In a 3rd bowl, mix flour, pepper and garlic - set aside
2) Coat chicken in flour mixture, then into egg mixture and finally into cereal
3) Heat oil in frying pan over medium heat, add chicken.
4) Cook until browned and no longer pink inside.
