Suggest a better descriptionIts from Eating Well Magazine. In a small heatproof cup stir together the coffee granules, coffee liqueur, and 1 Tbs. of warm water until dissolved. Add the gelatin, stir and let soften for one minute. In a blender, combine cream cheese, dry milk, sugar, and 1/2 Cup of ice water. Blend on low speed until smooth. Set the cup of coffee mixture in a small skillet of simmering water and stir until gelatin dissolves. Add to the cream cheese mixture and mix briefly. Add 4 ice cubes and blend on high speed until smooth. If at this point the mixture has not thickened, add the additional ice cub and blend. Pour the cream into a serving bowl and and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes. If desired, cinnamon can be sprinkled over each portion. I have not made this but a healthy dollop of this in a serving of rice pudding sounds wonderful. And I would want the cinnamon too. Let me know if you decide to try it.
