Suggest a better description1) Cook egg to over-easy or medium (or your favorite way)
2) while egg is cooking toast your slice of bread
3) while your egg cooks and your bread toasts, slice your cherry tomatoes in half, chop your fresh basil, and cut the avocado half into cubes
4) combine chopped basil, cut tomatoes, cubed avocado, pinch of salt, Tablespoon of olive oil, dash of balsamic vinegar, and pinch of pepper into a small bowl and stir
5) when toast is finished, spread avo caprese mix onto toast and smash gently on with fork, laying tomatoes in top of the smashed avocado
6) place egg on top of toast
