In a medium bowl combine 1 cup of butter (softened) garlic powder, onion powder.
Mix with a hand mixer until combined.
Place in an airtight container and store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and slice bread in half lengthwise. Spread each half with garlic butter spread.
Top each half of bread with even amounts of mozzarella cheese. Place on a rimmed baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Remove from the oven and layer with sliced tomatoes, drizzle with balsamic glaze
