Cook pasta (penne works great too with this recipe) , chop mozzarella into small cubes, cut tomatoes in half, cut basil into small strips, mix everything, adding salt and pepper to taste. (Preferably fresh ground sea salt or pink Himalayan salt and fresh ground pepper). Mix balsamic vinaigrette and pour over pasta.
