Combine mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil in medium bowl. Add olive oil and salt. Toss ingredients.
Add balsamic vinegar to small saucepan. Simmer over heat, stirring constantly until vinegar coats spoon and is reduced (~5 minutes).
Drizzle vinegar over salad before serving.
