Turkey burgers inspired by the popular Italian appetizer caprese
Combine all ingredients (except buns) and blend with hands. Roll mixture into 4 balls and form into patties. I like to cook mine in a pan over medium heat, flipping occasionally, until cooked thoroughly (about 10-15 minutes). I like to soak tomatoes in some olive oil and balsamic vinegar while the burgers are cooking. You may want to add more mozzarella on top if you're a cheese lover. I don't recommend using any ketchup or mayo; instead, drizzle with more balsamic vinegar if you desire. The burgers come out very moist and flavorful, and they don't require any sauce. I like to add caramelized onions on top and fresh spinach.
