Heat Oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and Flour Six Cake Bunt Pan. In a large bowl combine 1st ten ingredients; beat at medium speed for 2 minutes, scraping bowl often. Stir in Raisins and Nuts. Pour Batter into prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes in pan. Remove from Pan; cool. In small bowl, blend frosting ingredients until smooth. Drizzle over cakes. Makes 6 Cakes.
