1. Mix cake per directions
2. Put 1/2 cake mix in small jelly roll pan. Cook 5-6 minutes at 350 degrees
3. Melt caramels and 2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk.
4. Sprinkle chips and nuts on cake. Pour caramel mixture on top.
5. Put rest of cake mixture on top. Bake for 20 minutes.
