Best ever! Nice and crunchy.
Put popped corn in a baking pan. (9x13). Remove any unpopped kernals. Put brown sugar, butter, corn syrup, and salt into a 1 1/2 quart saucepan. cook over med. heat and stir with wooden spoon til butter melts and everything is mixed. Continue cooking until mixture starts to boil. Stop stirring and cook for 5 min. more. Remove from heat and stir in baking soda and vanilla. Pour mixture over popped corn and stir until coated. Bake 15 Minutes in 300 oven. Remove and stir. Bake 5-10 min. longer. Use spatula to remove popcorn and cool in a large bowl.
