Suggest a better descriptionPop corn in oil and spread on a rimmed cookie sheet. Preheat oven to 350*
Put butter, brown sugar, vanilla and salt into a 2 cup Pyrex pitcher. Microwave on high for 2 1/2 minutes. Whisk until slightly thickened. Drizzle over popcorn. Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes stirring every 5 minutes with a spatula. Mix the drizzle from the bottom of the pan with the popcorn. Bake until the drizzle is dry. Store in an airtight container.
