Suggest a better descriptionPop corn into a large stainless steel bowl
Boil sugar, butter and corn syrup 4 minutes.
Remove from stove and add salt, soda and vanilla.
(This will foam when soda is added)
Pour over the popped corn, stir carefully.
Put pan into over at 250 degrees for 1 hours - stirring every 10 minutes.
When done remove from oven, stirring periodically until cooled
Store in air tight container
If you only pop 1 cup of unpopped corn there will be more caramel on the corn.
I prefer using 1 â…“ cups of unpopped corn
