Love this on carmel rolls
Heat in small saucepan 1/4 c. butter until melted. Stir in 1/2 c. brown sugar and 2 tbsp. milk. Cook mixture over medium-low heat for 1 minute. Transfer to a small mixer bowl and cool mixture.
Add 1/4 tsp. vanillla, dash salt and 1/2 to 3/4 c. powdered sugar. Beat with mixer until well blended. If necessary, add more powdered sugar to the frosting for desired consistency.
