1. Mix butter,brown sugar and Karo syrup in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Boil 5 minutes.
2. Pour hot mixture over first 3 ingredients (in a large,deep roasting pan)
3. Add peanuts.
4. Stir till well blended.
5. Bake 1 hour at 200 deg F
