Heat oven to 350. Combine all crust ingred except pecans in large bowl. Bet at med speed until mixture resembles fine crumbs. Press onto bottom of ungreased 13x9 baking pan. Place pecans evely over unbaked crust.
Combien 2/3 c. butter and 1/2 c. sugar in 1qt saucepan. Cook over med heat, stirring constantly, until entire surface of mixture begins to boil. continue cooking, stirring constantly, 1 min. Pour mixture evenly over pecans and crust.
Bake for 18-22 min or until entire caramel layer is bubbly. DO NOT OVERBAKE. Remove from oven. Immediately sprinkle with chips; allow to melt slightly. Swirl melted chipes over bars leaving some whoe for marbled effect. Cool Completely. Cut into bars.
You can use a combo of your fav nuts or flavored baking chips for variety in these bars.
Store @ room temp in loosely covered container.
