Melt butter, brown sugar, corn syrup and salt. Bring to a boil stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add vanilla and baking soda. Pour over popped corn, mixing well.
Bake on 2-3 cookie sheets at 225° for one hour. Remove immediately from pans of it will stick!
