Once the mixture comes to a rolling boil, remove from heat, continue stirring for a minute or so, so as not to burn the bottom. Serve with your choice of fruits and cakes.
Also can be used for caramels at christmas, just cook it to soft ball stage, 15-20 min after it starts to boil or 230 degrees.
