Add onion, salt and pepper cook 10 min covered, stirring occasionally.
Add celery cook 8 min uncovered.
Stir in garlic, cook 1 min.
Add parsley and sage, cook 1 min.
Mix broth and bread, add veg mix and apples and sausage.
Fold in egg, transfer to baking dish.
Bake 25 min covered with oiled foiled, uncovered 15-20 min more.
