Se cocina la Caraota con la cebolla, ajo y pimiento unas dos horas.
Aparte se hace el sofrito con el ajo y cebolla picado en el procesador y se fríe con el comino sal y pimienta y se le hecha a las Caraota cocida se deja hervir hasta que están suaves y han tomado el sabor
Sazonar al gusto si es necesario
