Suggest a better description1. Fry the bacon in the oil until crisp. Remove the bacon from the pan. Drain all but 1 tablespoon of the fat from the pan. 2. Fry the mushrooms for about 4 minutes until soft. 3. Add the egg yolks and cream to freshly cooked pasta and toss well. 4. Mix in the bacon, mushrooms, parsley, nutmeg and seasoning. 5. Garnish with parsley and serve with parmesan cheese. NOTES : This classic Italian sauce with bacon and mushroom complements any pasta.
