Warm a pasta bowl in the oven at 200 degrees. Bring a large pot of water to boil.
Heat the oil over medium heat. Sautee bacon until little crispy. Add the wine and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and keep warm. Beat eggs, cheese and garlic together in a small bowl.
Cook the pasta in salted water. Save 1/3 cup of cooking water. Put pasta in warmed bowl. Pour egg mixture in and mix well. Add the bacon mixture in and dress with cracked black pepper and sea salt. Serve warm.
