Brown meat & onions. Boil macaroni until tender. Place meat & onions in mixing bowl, add macaroni, cheese, green pepper, soup, water and Worcestershire sauce. Mix thoroughly. Place in greased casserole. Bake 1 hr. at 350 degrees.
