Brown sausage and drain. Mix bread, cheese, mustard and salt with drained sausage. Beat eggs together with milk. Combine all ingredients with egg mixture then pour into greased 9x13" casserole dish. Refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cover dish with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake 15 mins additional at 325 degrees. Serve immediately.
