1. Combine firest 5 Dry ingredients in large bowl and set aside.
2. Combine eggs, oil, and vanilla in mixing bowl and mix on low for 5 minutes or till well incorperated and smooth.
3. Add sour cream to egg mixture and blend on medium for 3 minutes.
4. Add Dry ingredients 1/2 at a time.. mix by hand untill just barely mixed ( its ok to have a few lumps, )
5. Carefully fold in the blue berries just until they are mixed in .. DONT beat in or over mix!!

Combine Brown sugar, margarine, flour, honey and cinnamon in mixing bowl using your fingers, it should be consistancy of a dry crumble
that barely sticks together and forms small pea sized balls of crumble.
Drop Blueberry muffin mix into oiled muffin tins, *NOTE** If you use large muffin tins , this will yield less****,
sprinkle the tops generously with the crumble mix. Place on middle rack in a preheated 350 degree oven and bake
for approximately 25 minutes or until done. place on a cooling rack and let set for 45 minutes before turning out ( removing from tin )..
Please Keep in mind this for a large batch of muffins, you can large muffin tins but it will yield less, as this is for average sized muffins.
