The intention for this sauce is simply that it is a MOCK red sauce for multi purpose use and has proven to work well for Enchiladas, taco meat, chicken, pork , etc.. also the base for great Spanish rice. I’ve received great compliments on every dish I’ve used it in. I fully admit it’s not made from a true chefs perspective of what’s right and what’s wrong . Again it’s a multi purpose Red sauce and is still FROM SCRATCH!
This is what makes it so simple!!
You simply put all ingredients into a
Quality blender or even a Ninja
And let it purée away for a good 3-5
Minutes till super smooth and that’s it!
You can utilize this in many dishes and types of meats.. go ahead and experiment!
You can always adjust amounts to suit your taste preferences.
Just follow directions as is at least once! Don’t be afraid to experiment with this sauce. If you do this right, you really don’t get a tomato flavor
That’s what makes this mock enchilada sauce so good.
