This is a very good recipe and is great with many dishes either on side as a dipping sauce or basting pork, chicken etc,, it is excellent when combined with onions, peppers and diced pork for a sweet and sour pork, also awesome for sweet and sour spare ribs..
Mix cornstarch and water. Add rest of ingredients. Bring to a boil. Cook over medium heat until glossy and thickened. May adjust some ingredients to your preference.
