In a large skillet, heat oil. Add beef and cook until meat is browned on all sides. Transfer to slow cooker. Add garlic, sweet potatoes, onions, stock, water, tomato paste, chili powder, salt and pepper to slow cooker. Stir to combine. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours until veggies are tender and soup is bubbling. Add red and green pepper, hot sauce and mix well. Cover and cook on high for 25-25 minutes before serving.
