In a small bowl, whisk the flour with 1 teaspoon cold water, breaking up any clumps. Whisk in the chili sauce, following by the seasoning blend and mix well.
Pout the mixture into a small pot and cook over high heat, stirring constantly, until thickened, 3 or 4 minutes. Transfer to a bowl and cool completely before using.
