Carlos Murphy's Sweet Onion Salsa is without a doubt one of the best salsas chips can be dipped in. Loaded with sweet flavor, this sweet onion salsa copycat recipe is easily just as delicious!
Cut the onions and tomatoes up pretty small, then run the whole mixture through a small food processor (to imitate the texture of Carlos Murphy's salsa). You can also add some hot sauce to spice it up.
Put together several hours before serving. Serve with corn chips.
