Melt caramels with milk and pour into crust. Sprinkle with nuts and cool. Beat cream cheese, sour cream and sugar until smooth. Stir in Apple sauce, vanilla and cinnamon. Fold in 1/2 the cool whip. Spread over the caramel. Chill for 4 hours. Top with remaining cool whip and apple slices.
