Yummy glazed pork chops with apples and bacon.
1. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp. Remove to paper towel to drain.
2. In same skillet cook pork chops in bacon drippings over medium heat for 2 - 3 minutes on each side or until lightly browned.
3. Remove pork chops and keep warm.
4. Saute apples and onion in same skillet until crisp - tender. Stir in brown sugar, butter, salt, cinnamon and pepper.
5. Add broth and bring to a boil.
6. Add pork chops. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 4-5 minutes. (Or until meat thermometer reads 145°F)
7. Remove to serving tray and let stand for 5 minutes. Enjoy!
