Line 8 inch square pbaking pan with foil. Combine sugar, evaporated milk, butter, and salt in medium heavy duty sauce pan. Bring to full rolling boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil stirring constantly for four to five minutes. Revmove from heat.
Stir in marshmallows, chips, nuts, and extract. Stir vigorously for one minute or until marshmellows melt. Poiur into prepared pan. Refrigerate 12 hours and lift from pan. Remove. Cut into 48 pieces.
ALTERATIONS: Peanut butter fudge - substitute half of chocolate chips for reases peanut butter chips.
Dark Chocolate Mint Fudge - Substitute chocolate chips for Nestle Winters dark chocolate mint chips
Butterscotch Fudge - substitute chocolate chips for butterscotch chips
