1 - Lay the flank steak in a glass baking dish
2 - In a bowl, combine the last 9 ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for up to 48 hours
3 - Preheat the grill to medium high heat. Remove the steak from the marinade, season both sides generally with salt and pepper, place on the grill
4 - Grill for 2-3 minutes in each side.
5 - Remove, let sit for 5 minutes.
